Order Placement

Return Policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with Czech consumer protection law. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bayonlinevn.com@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
